This page governs the conditions of use of the JobBee App by BEE CONNECTION Clients.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this page is to define the terms of access, operation and use of the JobBee App and the respective rights and obligations of the Client and BEE CONNECTION in this context.
The Client undertakes to ensure that all Users are aware of and make their best efforts to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
2. JobBee App evolution and modification of the Terms and Conditions
To improve its operation and quality, BEE CONNECTION is continually developing the features and functionalities of JobBee App.
In this context, BEE CONNECTION reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms and Conditions related to the technical aspects of the JobBee application, provided that such adjustments do not result in price increases or quality alterations. In the event of any impact on the collection of personal data of BEE CONNECTION's Clients, the latter will be notified in compliance with the RGPD. These adaptations will be implemented while respecting the features to which the Candidate initially subordinated his commitment, as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy.
For other modifications to the Terms and Conditions, BEE CONNECTION informs the Client, by any means, at least 30 days before they come into force. In the absence of any objection by the Client within this period, the modifications shall be deemed to have been read and accepted. In the event of objection or rejection of the modifications, the Client must cease to use the JobBee App.
3. Account creation and operation
3.1 Account creation
To create an Account, the User goes to https://app.jobbee.tech/signup_recruiter.
The User undertakes to provide all compulsory information and guarantees that all information entered in the registration form is accurate and unambiguous. Any incomplete registration will not be validated, and any false or inaccurate information will be the responsibility of the Client.
The User undertakes to update the information on the Account immediately in the event of any change.
The Client warrants and represents to BEE CONNECTION that any User has the authority and capacity to create the Account and use the JobBee App. More specifically, the Client warrants that any User has a mandate to act in the name of and on behalf of the Client and/or the appropriate authorizations to legally bind the Client.
When creating an Account, the User chooses an e-mail address that will serve as a login and a password that will allow him/her to connect.
At the end of the registration process, the User receives an e-mail confirming the creation of the Account.
4. Account access, use and security
The Client understands and accepts that it is responsible for access to and use of the Account by Users. In this respect, the Client undertakes to make every effort to inform Users of their responsibilities with regard to the Account.
Except in the event of technical failure attributable to BEE CONNECTION or force majeure, the User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of his connection data and the Client undertakes to ensure that each User implements all measures likely to ensure the security and confidentiality of connection data.
If the User has reason to believe that his/her login details have been lost, stolen, misappropriated or compromised in any way, or in the event of unauthorized use of his/her Account, the User must immediately notify BEE CONNECTION.
In such a situation, the Client authorizes BEE CONNECTION to take all appropriate measures to prevent any further access to the Account.
5. BEE CONNECTION commitments
BEE CONNECTION undertakes to make JobBee App available to the Client and Users and to use its best efforts to ensure its accessibility and proper functioning.
In this respect, BEE CONNECTION undertakes that JobBee App will be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable behaviour by a third party, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance and updating operations necessary for the proper functioning of JobBee App.
BEE CONNECTION undertakes to set up a support service to answer questions and provide assistance in the event of difficulties. For any question or request for information concerning JobBee App, the Client and Users may contact BEE CONNECTION by sending a message in the Support section accessible from the JobBee App home screen (Dashboard).
In the event of a malfunction or anomaly disrupting the proper functioning of JobBee App, BEE CONNECTION undertakes to use its best efforts to restore the situation.
6. Responsibility of BEE CONNECTION
BEE CONNECTION is not responsible for temporary difficulties or impossibilities in accessing the JobBee App or the Account due to circumstances beyond its control, force majeure, or due to disruptions in telecommunications networks.
In cases where BEE CONNECTION's liability may be engaged concerning JobBee App, it is limited to certain, direct and foreseeable damages. For damages resulting from a breach by BEE CONNECTION, the compensation due to the Client, in the event that its liability is directly incurred and proven, will be strictly limited to the costs directly and effectively borne by the Client.
7. Client commitments
The Client expressly undertakes that each User :
· complies with the laws and regulations in force and does not infringe public order, public decency or the rights of third parties, and does not violate any legislative or regulatory provision.
· does not use JobBee App fraudulently (e.g. a false account or identity) and/or to harm the interests of BEE CONNECTION or third parties.
· assign or transfer in any way its Account to a third party.
· provides BEE CONNECTION with all the information required to operate the JobBee App.
· informs BEE CONNECTION in the event of a complication of any kind concerning JobBee App.
The Client undertakes to inform each User that the following is strictly prohibited: (i) any behaviour likely to interrupt, suspend, slow down or prevent the continuity of the JobBee App, (ii) any intrusion or attempted intrusion into BEE CONNECTION's systems, (iii) any misappropriation of the system resources of the JobBee App and the Account, (iv) any action likely to impose a disproportionate load on BEE CONNECTION's digital infrastructures, (v) any breach of security and authentication measures, (vi) any act likely to prejudice the financial, commercial or moral rights and interests of BEE CONNECTION and other users of the JobBee App, (vii) any breach of the Terms and Conditions, (viii) any copying and/or misappropriation of BEE CONNECTION's digital infrastructure and (ix) more generally any practice diverting JobBee App to purposes other than those for which they were designed.
In the event of a breach by the Client of this obligation or by a User of any of the undertakings mentioned above, BEE CONNECTION may, without notice or compensation, suspend the Account and/or access to JobBee App.
8. Client's liability
The Client is solely responsible for the User's use of the JobBee App and the Account, and is liable for any damages resulting from the User's conduct or from any inaccurate, incomplete and/or misleading information provided at the time of registration or any failure to update such information, the consequences of which are the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Client is responsible for the compliance and proper execution by each User of all the stipulations set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
The hiring company assumes responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by the Candidate as part of its recruitment process. In the event of false information or prejudicial acts committed by the Candidate, responsibility will lie with the Hiring Company, in accordance with current consumer protection laws.
9. Intellectual property
JobBee App and each of its components, including but not limited to software, structures, infrastructures, databases and content of any kind (text, images, visuals, logos, trademarks, etc.) used by BEE CONNECTION are protected by all applicable intellectual property rights.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that JobBee App and all of its component parts, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of BEE CONNECTION.
Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the JobBee App or any of its components, without the authorization of BEE CONNECTION, is prohibited.
Similarly, the Client agrees not to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, transmit, disseminate or otherwise exploit JobBee App and all of its elements owned by BEE CONNECTION, without the prior written consent of BEE CONNECTION.
The Client undertakes to inform each User of the stipulations of this article and guarantees BEE CONNECTION against any consequences of a possible breach by a User.
10. Services provided with BEE CONNECTION
The Client undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Recruitment Service Contract with BEE CONNECTION.

In the event of a breach by the Candidate of this obligation or by a User of any of the undertakings mentioned above, BEE CONNECTION may, without notice or compensation, suspend the Account and/or access to JobBee App.
8. Candidate's responsibility
The Candidate is solely responsible for the use of the JobBee App and the Account made by the User, and is liable for any prejudice he/she may cause as a result of his/her behaviour and inaccurate, incomplete and/or misleading information provided at the time of registration or in the absence of updating of such information, the consequences of which he/she alone assumes.
The Candidate is responsible for the compliance and proper execution by each User of all the stipulations set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

· assign or transfer in any way its Account to a third party.
· provides BEE CONNECTION with all the information required to operate the JobBee App.
· informs BEE CONNECTION in the event of a complication of any kind concerning JobBee App.
The Candidate understands and agrees that the following is strictly prohibited: (i) any behavior likely to interrupt, suspend, slow down or prevent the continuity of the JobBee App, (ii) any intrusion or attempted intrusion into BEE CONNECTION's systems, (iii) any misappropriation of JobBee App and Account system resources, (iv) any action likely to impose a disproportionate load on BEE CONNECTION's digital infrastructures, (v) any breach of security and authentication measures, (vi) any act likely to prejudice the financial, commercial or moral rights and interests of BEE CONNECTION and other users of the JobBee App, (vii) any breach of the Terms and Conditions, (viii) any copying and/or misappropriation of BEE CONNECTION's digital infrastructure and (ix) more generally any practice diverting JobBee App to purposes other than those for which they were designed.
In the event of a breach by the Candidate of this obligation or by a User of any of the undertakings mentioned above, BEE CONNECTION may, without notice or compensation, suspend the Account and/or access to JobBee App.
8. Candidate's responsibility
The Candidate is solely responsible for the use of the JobBee App and the Account made by the User, and is liable for any prejudice he/she may cause as a result of his/her behaviour and inaccurate, incomplete and/or misleading information provided at the time of registration or in the absence of updating of such information, the consequences of which he/she alone assumes.
The Candidate is responsible for the compliance and proper execution by each User of all the stipulations set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
The hiring company assumes responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by the Candidate as part of its recruitment process. In the event of false information or prejudicial acts committed by the Candidate, responsibility will lie with the Hiring Company, in accordance with current consumer protection laws.
9. Intellectual property
JobBee App and each of its components, including but not limited to software, structures, infrastructures, databases and content of any kind (text, images, visuals, logos, trademarks, etc.) used by BEE CONNECTION are protected by all applicable intellectual property rights.
The Candidate acknowledges and agrees that JobBee App and all of its component parts, including all associated intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of BEE CONNECTION.
Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the JobBee App or any of its components, without the authorization of BEE CONNECTION, is prohibited.
Similarly, the Candidate agrees not to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, transmit, disseminate or otherwise exploit JobBee App and all of its elements belonging to BEE CONNECTION, without the prior written consent of BEE CONNECTION.
