How it all started
As for many people, COVID-19 marked a major turning point in the lives of two co-founders, Aïda and Jennat. After spending many years in Europe, they returned to their native Morocco with a strong desire to make an impact through entrepreneurship.
The duo observed the massive adoption of remote work and realized that this practice would revolutionize the job market. No longer do you have to move to Casablanca or Paris to land your dream job, you can stay at home as long as you have good WI-FI.
JobBee was born out of the excellent level of tech talent in Africa, and the difficulty companies have in recruiting the right people. Our platform provides a direct link between the parties involved, leading to win-win, sustainable and value-creating partnerships.
